DESCRIPTION: Provision of armed cash-in-transit services to NAMCOL enrolment points and centres for the 2027–2029 enrolment periods. Services include scheduled cash collection and transport, with bidders permitted to bid for all or selected NAMCOL political regions where they can provide the service effectively. The contract uses fixed rates and is intended to run from 2027 to 2029.
