The Kenya High Commission Invites Sealed Tenders for the Provision of Property Management and Letting Services for Kenya House in Windhoek, Namibia. Kenya House is a Newly Renovated and Upgraded Office Block Located at 134 Robert Mugabe Avenue with Eight Floors Comprising of Ground Floor, Mezzanine and First Floor to Sixth Floor of 4,940.86 Square Metres of Lettable Spaces, 65 Shaded Parking Slots and Is Equipped with All Services and Security Infrastructure.

A Complete Set of Tender Documents May Be Purchased or Obtained by Interested Tenderers upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Nad. 200.00 in Cash or Banker’s Cheque and Payable to the Address Given Below. Tender Documents May Be Obtained Electronically from the Website http://khcwindhoek.com. Tender Documents May Be Viewed and Downloaded for Free from the Website http://khcwindhoek.com. Tenderers who Download the Tender Documents Must Forward their Particulars Immediately to windhoek@mfa.go.ke to Facilitate Any Further Clarification or Addendum.
Tendering Will Be Conducted Under Open Competitive Method National Using a Standardized Tender Document. Tendering is Open to All Qualified and Interested Tenderers.
Qualified and Interested Tenderers May Obtain Further Information and Inspect the Tender Documents During Office Hours 0830hrs to 1650hrs (Namibian Time) at the Address Given Below. More Details on the Services are Provided in Part 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
All Tenders Must Be Accompanied by an Original Tender Security (Bid Bond) of NAD 15,000.00 in Form of a Bank Guarantee from a Bank Licensed and Operating in Namibia and Valid for Thirty (30) Days Beyond the Validity Period of the Tender (120 Days from the Date of Opening) to Be Submitted by Prospective Bidders. This Shall Be in the Format Provided in the Tender Document.
The Tenderer Shall Chronologically Serialize All Pages of the Tender Documents Submitted (e.g., 1,2,3,4,5,….. nth).
Completed Tenders Must Be Delivered to the Address Below. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be Permitted.
