NB: A Levy of N$300.00 as Indicated Above (Non-Refundable) (Cash) Is Payable in Advance, at the Cashier, Which Is Located on the Ground Floor, Windhoek Central Hospital (Cashier Office Hours: 08h00 – 17h00, Monday – Friday). Original Receipts (Proof of Payment) Must be Attached to the Bidding Document.
