Bidder’s Name & Address Must Be Clearly Marked on the Back of the Sealed Envelopes. Bids Must Be Placed in the RED Bid Box on the Ground Floor of the Swakopmund Municipal Offices, c/o Rakotoka Street & Daniel Kamho Avenue, Swakopmund or Posted to the Head of the Procurement Management Unit, P.O. Box 53, Swakopmund.
