Bidding Documents Must Be Delivered in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked with the Bid Reference Number and Deposited in the Bid Box at MODVA, Kamencho Haus, Ground Floor Adjacent to Bastion 1, Sam Nuyoma Drive, Windhoek. Late Bidding Will Be Rejected and No Electronic Bids Will Be Permitted.
