DESCRIPTION: Fire Detection and Fire Suppression Installation for IUM Dorado Park PV Substation (Lithium-Ion Battery Room)

SCOPE OF WORK: The Project Includes the Provision of a Turn-Key Solution I.E. Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a Complete Fire Detection and Fire Suppression System for A Lithium-Ion Battery Room.
KEY DELIVERABLES INCLUDE:
- Fire Detection System (Smoke, Heat, or Off-Gas Detection)
- Fire Suppression System Suitable for Lithium-Ion Battery Hazards
- Hazard Mitigation Analysis (HMA) in Accordance with NFPA 855
- Testing, Commissioning, and Documentation
- 12-Month Guarantee Period
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Bidders must:
- Have Proven Experience in Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
- Demonstrate Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (Advantageous)
- Comply with NFPA, SANS/SABS, and Local Authority Regulations
- Submit Technical Proposals, Project Timelines, and Company Credentials
