BID OPENING: Bids will be Opened in the Presence of the Bidders who Choose to Attend at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, 13 Jackson Kaujeua Street, Windhoek West, on Friday, 14 August 2026, Immediately after Closing.
Electronic Bidding will Not be Permitted. Late Bids will be Rejected and Returned Unopened.
ESTIMATED PROJECT VALUE: Approximately N$2 million – N$8 million over three (3) years (estimate only).

Provision of multidisciplinary Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services.
Occupational health, medical, psychological, psychiatric, rehabilitation and wellness services.
Assessments, counselling, trauma response, fitness-for-work evaluations, advisory and psychoeducational services.
IMPORTANT QUANTITIES OR SCOPE:
Appointment to a panel for a period of three (3) years.
Maximum of three (3) service providers will be shortlisted per service category.
No pricing is required at the EOI stage; providers will be prequalified for NUST’s supplier database.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Valid BIPA registration documents with certified shareholder/partner identification.
Valid Good Standing Tax, Social Security and Affirmative Action Compliance certificates (or applicable exemption).
Signed Labour Act written undertaking on company letterhead.
TECHNICAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience with supporting portfolio and at least three client reference letters.
Professional registration with HPCNA, Namibia Council for Social Workers and Psychologists, MoHSS or other relevant statutory bodies depending on the service category.
Detailed company profile, CVs of key personnel, methodology, regulatory compliance, infrastructure, confidentiality policies and the ability to score at least 70% in the technical evaluation.
