Barloworld Namibia (PTY) Ltd Invites Qualified and Experienced Suppliers to Submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Travel Agency Services.

1. SCOPE OF WORK:
Interested Companies Must Demonstrate Expertise in the Following Areas:
• Air Travel: Booking and Issuing of Domestic, Regional, and International Tickets; Provide 3 Cost-Effective Options; Manage Changes and Cancellations; 24/7 Emergency Support
• Accommodation: Booking of Approved Hotels/Lodges, Negotiation of Corporate Rates, Policy Compliance
• Ground Transportation: Arrange Transfers, Rentals, Shuttle Services, Negotiate Rates
• Travel Advisory & Visa Support: Assist with Visas, Insurance, Vaccinations and Travel Restrictions.
• Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure Compliance with Company Policy and Secure Traveler Profiles
• Reporting & Account Management: Provide Monthly/Quarterly Spend Reports, Reviews, and Maintain Online System if Available
• Invoicing & Payment: Consolidated Invoicing and Clear Cost Breakdowns
• Customer Service: Dedicated Account Manager, 24/7 Support, Prompt Issue Resolution
2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested Companies Must Submit the Following Documentation:
• Company Profile – Stating Relevant Experience & Capability
• Company Registration Certificate (CM29)
• Company VAT certificate
• Copy of Identification and Certificates of the Shareholders as Listed in Company Registration
• Valid NAMRA Good Standing Certificate
• Valid Social Security Good Standing Certificate
• Valid Employment Equity Commission Certificate
• Bank Confirmation Letter (Not Older than 3 Months)
• 3 References of Current Corporate Clients
This EOI Serves as a Pre-Qualification Stage, Only Qualified Shortlisted Companies Will Be Invited to Participate in the Formal Tender Process.
