The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) Hereby Invites Bids Through the Applicable Procedure for the Provision of the Following:
DESCRIPTION: Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Procurement of a Commercial Farm for the NTA
REFERENCE NUMBER: G/EOI/NTA-01/2025
COST: N$ 300. 00 (Non-Refundable Fee)
Interested Potential Sellers of Commercial Farms Can Express their Interest by Obtaining the EOI Document Upon Payment
THE SCOPE OF THE REQUIRED FARM IS OUTLINED BELOW:

Location: Located in a 100-Kilometre Radius from Okakarara, Otjozondjupa.

Size: Minimum Requirement is Two-Thousand Hectares (2,000ha).

Accessibility: Well-Cleared Access Roads from District Roads and Internal Corridors.

Water: Ample Underground Reservoir and Functional Boreholes Delivering a Minimum of Twenty Cubic Metres (20 M³) per Hour.

Infrastructure: Functional, Well-Maintained Kraals, Fences, and Demarcated Camps.
Bids Must be Deposited in the Bid Box at NTA Village, 10 Rand Street, Khomasdal, Windhoek.
Late and Electronic Bids will not Be Considered.
